Hugo Beck collator type 3312/5

The collator 3312/5 is used for the dispensing, counting and gathering of products such as greetings cards, envelopes, single sheets, rainbow assortments and mailings. It is actually a collating line, which is comprised of 5 or more TA 3315 Rotation feeders. It can be placed right-angled or in-line to a transport path, which then, for example, conveys the gathered products to a packing machine.

The products are allowed to be max. 330 mm and 230 mm wide. At least they must have a width of 90mm and a length of 50 mm. Single sheets starting from 80 g/m², and magazines up to a max. thickness of 3 mm can be dispensed. The capacity is rated at 12,000 cycles per hour.
