Like the other square press units, the booklet gets finished with the Nagel SP 100 once it has been stapled and folded. The booklet spine is still pressed into a square shape, which gives the stapled booklet the look of a high-quality perfect binding. But its mechanics are completely new!

Thanks to the flat spine, the booklets take up less space when they get stacked and stored. The Nagel SP 100 gives the booklet a classy look and even allows the booklet spine to be printed.

The SP 100 is available as an online version and as a stand-alone.

The Nagel SP 100 is able to keep up perfectly with the Foldnak 100-line with a speed of 3,000 booklets per hour and will be installed after the Trimmer 100 or directly at the Foldnak.

The SP 100 as a stand-alone option becomes a handy alternative to the SP + Offline by adding a hand feeding kit and a conveyor.
