The Cartesian series, more commonly known as the RIbot, uses a simple modular building block design, allowing single or multiple axis configuration to be built from the same standard components. This system allows for over 500 configurations whilst the compact design minimises space requirements.

Each axis can handle up to 100kg and features AC servomotors, precision ground ball screws and high rigidity linear guides. Motors can be mounted on either side of the axis, or underneath, to reduce its overall length.

Reduced length design

Motors can be mounted in line with the axis (or mounted on either side or underneath) to reduce overall axis length.

Many options

Dust resistant, clean room, absolute encoder and other special purpose designs are available.
