Executive Personal Assistant to GM Sales & Marketing

Introduction

To assist the Business Development Team with action tracking, reporting and delivery in order to ensure that sales deliverables are effectively and timeously executed.

Minimum requirements

Matric / Grade 12

Key Performance Objectives 

  • To provide administrative support to the GM Sales & Marketing
  • To ensure effective reporting and action tracking
  • Assist the sales team by ensuring that all sales tools are in place
  • To assist with maintaining on-going  relations and business with existing customers

Responsibilities

1. Administrative support

  • Performance Management Plans are updated, evidence is collected, sessions are held and plans are captured, signed off and filed as required
  • Diary Management
  • Travel bookings
  • Call handling and setting up of appointments
  • Email screening and responses
  • Action capturing and task tracking
     

2. Sales and Marketing support

  • Mobilize marketing activities as and when require
  • Assist with the development of sales tools (catalogues, sample books)
  • Ensure that sales processes are followed
  • Preparation of Sales Meeting documents
     

Skills, Experience and General Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must be action driven, highly structured with a strong delivery focus
  • Driver`s license and own vehicle

 
Formal Learning and experience

  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience as a coordinator or personal assistant
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Pastel Evolution and Sales Force an advantage

Salary negotiable depending on experience
