Number Perforating Machines - Perfostar II/Z

For permanent and indelible marking in one operation. Forms, labels, receipt blocks, documents, passports, etc. can be marked for example with a date, a number or a designation.

With a character height of 7 or 8.5 mm, up to 16 digits the Perfostar II can be adjusted quickly and comfortably via the wheel block; with a character height of 5.5 or 6.5 mm, even up to 20 digits. A character height of 10 mm allows still 14 digits side by side.

Moreover it is possible to fix above or below the wheel block an adjustable date or an interchangeable text. Both lines can then be easily modified by changing the corresponding slides. The desired imprint can be placed up to 110 mm from the upper or lower edge - measured from the edge of the forms to the centre of the perforation.

The wheels may contain numbers, letters or symbols and in most cases an additional blank space with which unused digits are excluded from perforation inserting a blank space instead. The standard equipment comprises adjustable rear and side gauges.

Manually adjustable number perforators with up to 6 wheels, each with numbers 0 – 9 and blank space in the standard version, equipped with fixed levers.
