The concept of a modular machine-structure with all its opportunities to combine the various stations with their defined mechanical or opto-electronical tasks like: feeding, opening, page turning, 180 degree opening, perforating, controlling, 360 degree turning, numbering, assorting, closing and repositioning makes that the PERFOREX became one of the most universally machine for processing passports. Depending on the complexity of the document the necessary working steps are assembled in the form of modularly stations until all marking requirements of the document are fulfilled.

User Friendly Operation

Due to the machine’s open-type constrction, replacement of the cutting tool and conversion to another type size or a different set of digits (wheels) are quick and simple operations. This makes the machine extremely easy to service.

The sturdy drive and the self-lubricating column guide mechanisms of the punching unit make this machine almost maintenance-free. Perforating Speed approx.20 strokes per minute.
