Blister Packaging Line KBS-PZ

The Koch blister packaging line KPS-PZ (PZ = pallet transport by toothed belt) is distinguished by the extremely compact construction and high flexibility. Positive and negative forming is possible. Sealing can be made by thermo-contact or by high frequency.

It is possible to work with: card/card, film/card, film/film
Without problems the modular structure allows the blister line to be equipped with eight to over twenty pallets depending on customers` wishes
Optionally blister check, product check and card check is possible
Automatic product feeding and/or end-of-line packaging can be adapted
The blisters are transferred from the forming machine to the pallets by suckers or by tongs
The pallets are longitudinally transported by toothed belts
The transversal stroke is pneumatically executed
