Countron AT

Countron AT is newly introduced by UCHIDA, which is a well-known Paper counter manufacturer all over the world. Excellent twin-blade counting system enables Countron AT to count thick board without damaging any corners, which is useful for finished items such as Greeting Card, Post Card, etc.

Features:

Countron AT is capable of counting up to 400g/m2 paper, which may be benificial for any card producers counting and separating cards on each batch. The new counting system prevents any damages on corners and reaches high-speed counting up to 1,500 sheets per minute with tab insertion.

Counting finished items means saving double counting process before and after cutting and Inserting tab tape into finished items eliminates labor to separate items every batch, which is directly relating to saving costs, time and keeping accurate numbers.
